The Haunter-in-Underlit-Places, or Dim Haunter as it's more commonly known, is an enigmatic Pokethulhu. Since they're easily and often accidentally dispelled by a flick of a light switch, sightings of the beasts are rare. Most reports speak only of a burning three-lobed eye searching the night like a dim, dying flashlight bulb.
